Dr. Charles A. Wallace II serves as Senior Vice President of Ministry Solutions Group, bringing more than 33 years of executive leadership experience spanning ministry, nonprofit management, hospitality, finance, and business development.
An ordained minister and former executive pastor, Charles combines a pastor's heart with a business executive's perspective to help churches navigate complex financial, facility, and strategic decisions. He has partnered with ministries across the country on multimillion-dollar financing initiatives, owner's representation, building activation, childcare integration, and long-range growth strategies, helping leaders move forward with clarity and confidence.
Beyond ministry, Charles has held executive leadership positions in the hospitality industry, including hotel ownership and operations, providing expertise in organizational leadership, asset management, customer experience, revenue generation, and operational excellence. This diverse background enables him to help churches maximize both their ministry impact and the stewardship of their real estate and financial resources.
Throughout his career, Charles has led major organizational initiatives, developed strategic partnerships, directed capital campaigns, and strengthened operational and financial sustainability for mission-driven organizations.
Charles holds a Doctor of Ministry and Master of Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel. He and his wife reside in New Jersey and are the proud parents of three accomplished sons.
