An ordained minister and former pastor, Charles brings over 33 years of leadership experience to Ministry Solutions, combining his passion for ministry with deep expertise in church operations, nonprofit management, and organizational strategy. His unique perspective allows him to help churches and ministries navigate growth, financial planning, leadership development, and operational challenges while staying grounded in mission.
Throughout his career, Charles has served in executive leadership roles for large nonprofit organizations, leading capital campaigns, developing strategic partnerships, and strengthening organizational health. His keen understanding of both ministry and business operations allows him to partner with church leaders to build long-term sustainability and expand impact.
Charles holds a Doctor of Ministry and Master of Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and is the proud father of three sons.
