The Church of the Future

Ministry Solutions Group exists to equip executive leaders for the church of the future. We do that by connecting leaders to each other and to the best thought leaders available in ministry and business.

THE WHY
We believe that real change happens in meaningful relationships and through intentional processes. Executive leaders are carrying a heavier weight of change and implementation than
ever before, and we simply believe that you shouldn’t have to do that alone.

THE HOW
Our Virtual Roundtables are curated environments with 5-8 executive leaders, organized by relevant topics (digital, finance, etc.), organizational size, number of campuses, and common objectives. The groups will be led by a mentor who has 20+ years of ministry experience at larger, more complex organizations.

THE GOAL
The main goal is for you to have an opportunity to share where you want to go as a leader and as an organization, your greatest opportunities, as well as your biggest challenges, and to have a team of peers, a mentor, and a company behind you to help you achieve that vision.

How Virtual Roundtables Work (FAQs)

What are Virtual Roundtables?
Virtual Roundtables are peer-driven environments of 5-8 people, facilitated by a group mentor, where executive leaders can come to challenge ideas, develop skills, and lead with better clarity.
How do Virtual Roundtables work?

Virtual Roundtables are intentionally small for increased collaboration and one-to-one communication opportunities with the mentor. We will ask each group member to submit their challenge/question/need one week before the group meets. This allows the mentor and other members a chance to research topics for discussion. As appropriate, topic experts may also be invited to speak to the issue when the group meets.

Who are the mentors?

Our mentors are seasoned executives from larger churches, who also have the humility to serve and a heart for the local church leadership. Mentors will be selected for each group based on who is in the group.

Can I invite people I know into a Virtual Roundtable?

Absolutely! Feel free to send them the link to our VRT web page or send an email to events@ministry-solutions.com and we will reach out to them directly.

What is the level of confidentiality?

We believe relational safety is imperative, and this cannot be achieved without confidentiality. We want leaders to show up with their real issues and find support without any concern of having conversations shared outside the group. Everyone who participates will be required to commit to 100% confidentiality.

What is the goal of Virtual Roundtables?
To equip leaders through meaningful relationships. We believe that real change happens in relationships and through process, so the goal is to establish a consistent opportunity for leaders to share where and how they want to lead their organization and find the support of peers and the resources needed to help them achieve that vision.

Client Success

My online cohort and coaching with Kyle has been a needed breath of fresh air. Our group is filled with authenticity, vulnerability, innovation, and support. Kyle has a wealth of knowledge and is not afraid to share his failures as well as his wins. He cares about each one of us individually and wants to help us all succeed in our situation.

Glenn gave us the opportunity to give feedback from the group that I am involved with. I have been blessed to be in a group with Dan Vander Wall, Sean Huff, Scott Conor, Glen Wood (host) and Nathan for the past 6 months and looking forward to continuing our time together. It truly is one of my favorite meetings of the month. I gain so much insight and meeting in each meeting. At times I feel like a kid in a candy store as I learn from these amazing leaders.

Vivienne was a wonderful leader, and I would highly recommend her mentoring and training. I really enjoyed getting the perspective from a variety of voices. Represented were different-sized teams, different areas of focus, and varied personalities and experiences. It was interesting to see common struggles among us all and encouraging to walk through a unique struggle with someone else.
