Project Clarity

Find Your Clear Path Forward

Visionary pastors have no trouble imagining a building that will facilitate ministry for years to come. Getting there, on the other hand, is more complex.

Too many church projects get designed before the church and its leadership realizes that the building is out of financial reach. Why? Visionary leaders always have more vision and needs than they have resources. This results in churches spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for designs they cannot afford and losing years of progress in ministry.

Our Clear Path Forward process starts with identifying both what is needed and also what is affordable, so that you, as a leader, have a project that meets your ministry needs and is also fundable. We combine design, finances, fundraising, giving analyses, project budgets, project schedules, ministry strategy, long term planning, multisite strategy, and the like so that you can be equipped to make great decisions at critical moments to create the highest value for your project.

There are so many questions.

  • Will we have buy-in from your church and key leaders?

  • How do we find the right property and define the right project?

  • How do we pay for all of this?

  • How do we avoid wasting money and momentum in the process?
