Through the Clear Path Forward process, RNCC's leadership collaborated with Ministry Solutions to outline programming needs, identify desires for the new building, and create a layout designed to meet current and future requirements. Simultaneously, Ministry Solutions' Financial Advisory team meticulously analyzed RNCC's financial history, defining affordability and establishing a comprehensive financial plan. Wrapping up the design phase, RNCC and Ministry Solutions are set to break ground in August, marking a pivotal moment in the church's journey. Despite challenges like the uncertainty of the pandemic and material costs fluctuation, RNCC, under the leadership of Dr. Jeff Chapman and First Lady Sandie Chapman, has overcome hurdles, stayed within budget, and secured multiple competitive offers from banks. This groundbreaking project symbolizes not just a new facility for RNCC but a beacon of growth, community impact, and debt-free sustainability for future generations.
