Glenn Wood is the Pastor of Administration for Seacoast Church where he has served since 1995. Seacoast is a multisite non-denominational church with 14 campuses across South and North Carolina. He oversees church administration, legal work, campus leases, site selection, campus design, politics, forecasting, construction projects, capital projects, bank relationships, and coordinates the works with the IT/AV departments work in campuses. He has a passion for working with data, data analytics, and operations. 

His background includes retail store management, operations, logistics, construction, facility management, and management of sales teams. His work at Seacoast started when the church was one location and had weekend attendance of about 600. Currently the church has an average of 15,000 weekend attenders across all campuses. He is also the liaison for the Board of Trustees and works with them in carrying out the directives and coordinating compilation of data for their meetings. 

He oversees all construction projects for Seacoast including the recent addition of a 2,500 seat sanctuary that opened in 2019 in Mt Pleasant, SC. Projects have ranged in size from $2,000 to $30,000,000. He is involved in all phases of project development, budgeting, design, execution, and facility commissioning. 

Glenn works with the Church Network and heads up the Metro Network which is a group of roughly 400 churches across the US and Canada of congregations of 2,000 weekly attenders and up. He collaborates with Church Administrators, Executive Pastors and Operations Pastors across the country to share ideas, policies, and assist with operational questions.

He speaks at churches and at national conferences on topics including church operations, Working From Home, teaching Microsoft Excel classes, construction projects, and other topics. 

Basically, he does what no one else wants to do!
